Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Please allow 5-10 business days for production time before shipping.

All items are shipped via the standard postal service in order to minimize shipping costs and can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.  Please be aware of your country's importation fees and taxes on merchandise.  These fees are not included in your item cost or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Importation fees and taxes will not be reimbursed.

Please note that most of our items are made-to-order and printed by a third party so please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.  If there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8 hours of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.  

 

Free Returns

Send us an email explaining the reason for your return and we will send you our return instructions. We do not charge any processing or handling fee for returns, however, you are responsible for shipping costs and they are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Merchandise must be returned (with included invoice) within 14 days of receipt. It must be unworn and unwashed and it must have all tags attached. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@funtasticactivewear.com and we will send you the return instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
